I have chronic sinusitis and not ONE of my doctors has ever mentioned that Vitamin D might be helpful - I live with what feels like a constant migraine behind my eyes and at least every 2 months need to go on an antibiotic.  I am hoping that this works to keep them at bay, so far so good :)  Vitamin D3 is so important for so many areas of the body.  It can help with cancer and inflammation like Crohn's Disease as well as a lot of other problems.  And I didn't know that it can help you prevent the common cold and flu as well as sinus infections, which is something that I suffer greatly from.  And instead of having to take a pill to get it, with VitaSciences you can just rub it on like your lotion and your skin will absorb it ALL OVER.  Gets there more quickly and works great!

The best part about this supplement is that it is great for both men and women on many levels.  For men, it supports prostate health and for women it supports breast health but for both it helps bones, joints, muscle and dental health.  I don't think there is another vitamin on the market that does all that in one.  Most people get Vitamin D if they are in the sun a lot, but there are many of us like me who work inside and don't get outside much or live in an area that is not warm year-round who lack Vitamin D and we don't even realize it.  This will replace what is lacking in your body and just make you feel really good.  Kind of like when you sunbathe for the day and feel so relaxed and wonderful afterwards - except that you don't get the sunburn :)
