***My Personal Review***

These are super cool and very in style.  I have seen everyone wearing them - they are a great alternative to getting permanent tattoos or for dressing up an outfit when you need it.  They have several styles to choose from like Aphrodite, Venus and Athena and the one I received is called Petra.  Named after Goddesses because they make you look like a Goddess :)  They are gorgeous and shiny and they really look classy compared to some of the ones that I have seen.  My daughter loves to have me put one on her (she is 8) and I have worn a few as well.

The packs come with border tattoos that are for putting around your wrists or ankles and then they also have designs that you can just put on your body anywhere.  They are all lovely and very easy to put on and take off - you just need water to apply and they work just like the kids tattoos that we all grew up with.  You just peel off the top sheet, place tattoo, wet it with the water and hold for 15 seconds and remove slowly!  Easy and quick way to dress yourself up or give yourself a little sex appeal.  To remove I find that baby oil for my daughter works best and for me a little rubbing alcohol worked well.  They also suggest cold cream for some people - so you find what works best for you :)  Pick some up and show off your inner Goddess!

***My Personal Review***

AMAZINGLY CUTE!  That is what I have to say about this set - it is everything I love ... pretty multi-colored, nice heavy grippable cups and a sweet holder so they stay put!  I have never been a coffee drinker but last year I won a Keurig and started making my own lattes here at home and this is my very first set of mugs that match :)  So needless to say I was very excited, I have to say this company is great because I received the first set of mugs and the bottom one was broken which happens as we all know when dealing with breakable items.  I contacted them around 2 pm that same day and let them know and they said they would send me another set.  But I had NO clue that it would arrive the very next day!!!!  I was amazed and very very satisfied!  Customer service gets a 10 star rating in my book for that one :)  I love my set, it's right next to my Keurig as you can see from the image below.  I use them all the time and it's great because you can just throw them in the dishwasher or wash them out and they just slide right back into the holder - you don't have to worry about them falling over which is great.  I LOVE my new mugs!!!!  Go buy some now :)

COOSH DIGITAL BATHROOM SCALE

***My Personal Review***

With tempered glass and a weight limit of 330 lbs this scale will help you keep track of your weight easily.  There are 2 sensors on each side of the scale to give you the perfect results every time you use it.  It is slim and will fit sideways almost anywhere so beside the toilet, in a cabinet, wherever you want to keep it.  It is also clear in the middle even though it's hard to see from the pictures.  So it really is a very contemporary and nice-looking scale for your decor.  The display is really well-lit so you can read it no matter what type of lighting you might have in your bathroom.  This would be perfect for anyone on a diet or just someone who wants to maintain their weight.  But it doesn't JUST measure your weight, you can also use this to measure your body fat, body hydration, muscle, bone and calorie intake.  This scale retails for just $18.95 on Amazon, which costs less than the cheap scales you would get at the store and this is a GREAT company that makes quality products.  offer a money back guarantee!  I haven't seen any scales that are more high-quality than these and they make smaller scales too so check out all their products!  Check out their technological products as well because I have tested a few of them and they are amazing too!

***My Personal Review***

I love this press - it is very lightweight and easy to use.  Only 3 pieces - the bottom, the lift piece and the press top.  You just pat your meat into the bottom, put the top on and press down - you get perfectly lined burgers each time you use it.  It's quick and simple and doesn't take much pressure at all to make them.  The lift piece is awesome because you just use the side tab to lift the burger right up out of the bottom and you are done!  Replace and make more :)  This is great for any ground meats like beef, pork and turkey.  I am thrilled with the product and definitely recommend this to anyone - it's inexpensive and great for anyone that makes burgers for inside cooking or BBQing!  Comes with a lifetime guarantee and a free cookbook and the best part I think of this is that you can make your burgers any size you want - I LOVE thin burgers because that is how my grandma made them but I can't seem to get it right when I do it with my hands.  This will make anything from 1/4" to 5/8" burgers for any of your cooking styles :)

Horror Business by Ryan Craig Bradford Blog Tour, Review and Giveaway

ABOUT HORROR BUSINESS

Title: Horror Business

Armed with a passion for classic B-grade horror movies, a script co-written by his twin brother, and a wicked crush on his death-obsessed neighbor; hardcore horror fan Jason Nightshade must finish his student film.

***My Personal Review***

I really loved this book, I literally could NOT put it down once I started reading it.  So totally unique and different from anything I have ever read - Jason and his twin brother are obsessed with horror and they are writing a script but when young kids start to go missing and Jason's twin disappears, he has to deal with the reality of horror instead of just being in a script.  And it's not just the kids missing; the dog is so amazing to me and reminded me of Pet Semetary but without the dying and burial.  Sometimes I had to wonder about Jason - if he is really all there or if he believes he is in the movie script he is creating because he seems to be oblivious to a lot of things or just doesn't seem to care.  He is a great character, I love how the author intertwines all the major horror novels and movies in with the reality of the book and loved the scripts in between the storyline as well.  It was such a great book - I am really hoping for more like it, that is really how much I enjoyed it!  Definitely grab this and read it if you are a horror lover :)

Fingers in the Mist by O’Dell Hutchison Blog Tour and Giveaway

ABOUT FINGERS IN THE MIST BY O’DELL HUTCHISON

Title: Fingers in the Mist

Publication date: February 24, 2015

Publisher: Month9Books, LLC.

Author: O’Dell Hutchison

Sixteen-year-old Caitlyn Foster never believed in the legend of the Redeemers. That was before the trees started to whisper her name. Before a murder of crows attacked the town. Before she and her family came home to find a bloody handprint on their front door, marking one of them as a sacrifice. As Caitlyn’s friends are ripped from their homes, she knows it’s only a matter of time before the Redeemers come for her. Caitlyn has the power to stop the terror, but she’ll have to decide if she’s willing to sacrifice herself to save those she loves.

ABOUT O’DELL HUTCHISON:

O’Dell was born in a small rural town in Idaho. There were no Redeemers living there (that he knows of). After attending college in the Pacific Northwest, he found his way to the Houston area. By day, he is a Business Systems Analyst and at night you can either find him sitting at home, dreaming of random super powers he wishes he had, or directing plays and musicals at various theaters around Houston.

***Author Interview***

How did you come up with the title?

Even though it seems an obvious choice, Fingers in the Mist wasn’t the first or even the second title I came up with. It started out as Redemption, but that felt stale. The next choice was Elegy Unbound, but that wasn’t overly catchy. When speaking with a friend about the book and the trouble I was having finding the right title, she came up with Fingers in the Mist. It was like a smack to the head. Like, “Hello, dummy.” It was creepy, filled with imagery and captured the essence of the story. It was a no-brainer.

What book are you reading now?

Right now, I’m reading Megan Shepherd’s, Her Dark Curiosity. I loved The Madman’s Daughter, and couldn’t wait for this one to come out. I’m a little behind in my reading. I used to read a ton and blogged on Book Twirps, but the book deal came through and I changed jobs, and my reading time grew sparse. The third book in the trilogy is already out and I’m hoping to read them back to back.

What are your current projects?

I’m working on the sequel to FIngers in the Mist, as well as a couple of other horror books. Surprisingly enough, I’m also working on a contemporary and a sci-fi romance. I don’t like to pigeonhole myself. :)

Do you see writing as a career?

Wouldn’t it be awesome? I’d love to do nothing but write. If that could happen for me, I’d be ecstatic. As it stands, I’m not quite there, so I have to balance a day job with my writing.

Do you ever experience writer's block?

All the time. It sucks. I’ve learned to work through it by skipping ahead in the story and writing a future scene. I’ll then come back and fill in the gaps between the scenes later.

Have you ever hated something you wrote?

I hate everything I write at some point in time. When I get to that point, I set it aside and revisit it later. Sometimes I fall in love again, other times, I bury it far away. I have so many stories that will probably never see the light of day.

Thanks for taking the time to host me today!
