***My Personal Review***

Straight from Japan is the way you get green tea, and it is well worth it.  Truthfully I had no idea that there were SO many uses for green tea and how many ailments it can help with.  Green Tea can help boost energy, help you lose weight, help your mood and much more.  When I received this I had to look up the difference between this "ceremonial" tea and other green tea brands.  This one is JUST for drinking purposes - and you will only need a little bit of the powder because it really is sweeter and tastier and in my opinion doesn't leave the aftertaste that I have had before.  That being said - you STILL will need to use a sweetener like you would with coffee or any other tea to your own taste.  The powder is much more finely ground as well.  It comes in a very cute little round gold tin and is made from only the best farms.  This type of tea is what they used to use in traditional Japanese ceremonies!  And I have always loved the tea they serve in Japanese restaurants.

It was really easy to make - it just takes 3 oz of hot water to 1/2 tsp of the powder which isn't much - so this tin will last you a bit.  The flavor is intense and has just a tiny bit of sweetness to it.  It is extremely smooth going down.  It was amazingly good and comforting.  I also read online that some people have been using it in smoothies, which is something I have not yet tried but I think it would be a good flavor to add like to a chai smoothie maybe or something similar?  Definitely a great idea and a good drink for health purposes.
