***My Personal Review***
Coconut oil has SO many health benefits that I honestly believe everyone in the world could find something in it that would help them. It is all natural and has been used for thousands of years in remote areas for lots of issues. So why aren't we? Because we don't believe in it. Our doctors want to make money from prescriptions and chemicals and they don't want us trying natural solutions. There is a reason that more and more health food and regular stores are carrying coconut oil in a bottle, fractionated coconut oil and capsules. You can cook with it, take it as a supplement and add it to your essential oils and oil mixes in order to get a great base and scent. It's all great!
There is no downside that I can see to using this. The ONLY thing you need to worry about is that it contains nuts so if you have a nut allergy that could be a problem and as with any supplement you want to ask your family doctor about adding these. Don't let them tell you no just "because" - make them give you a reason to say no - a LEGITIMATE reason. I started using these back about 6 months ago and I took them for 3 months. I stopped because I wasn't seeing any effects - until I stopped using them. Then I realized how much they had really been helping me quietly. I lost 25 lbs in 3 months, something I haven't been able to do with dieting and exercise for YEARS. My blood sugar leveled out, I felt better and used less medicines while on them. So give them a try you have nothing to lose.
