Jump on the bandwagon!  Garcinia Cambogia is being hailed as the amazing weight loss product of this century!  Dr. Oz has endorsed it and there are thousands of different companies selling it.  You have a lot to choose from, but Vita Optimum is a great company with a great reputation.  Their Garcinia contains 60% HCA which is a high amount and therefore would lead to greater weight loss.  You can't beat it, 100% natural formula with no binders or fillers, 120 veggie caps 500 mg each, take it daily as a dietary supplement and lose weight!  It helps to curb your appetite and burn fat more easily.  For someone like me who is overweight and has terrible metabolism this is a wonderful product!  It makes me feel better all around, and it has helped me drop some pounds in the few weeks I have used it.  I am a true believer that this is a miracle product after using it.  It does not contain wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, or peanut products either, so it is basically an allergen-free product.  As with any dietary supplement, you should always consult your physician if you are on other medications to make sure it will be okay to take, but if you try this you will not regret it!  It is recommended to take 2 capsules 3 times per day about 30-60 minutes before a meal for maximum effectiveness.  Now I am not good with that, and it still worked.  I can't imagine how well it would work if I took it exactly as indicated!
