First thing is that I have never used nut milk bags before, I actually JUST tried nut milk for the first time a few months ago!  I was pleasantly surprised because I love the sweet taste of almonds :)  So I thought this would be really neat to try out.  I love to make new things all the time as well, and I received a free recipe ebook with lots of recipes to use with the nut milk bag.  I noticed when I took the bag out that it was made of really sturdy mesh but was also very malleable.  It did not look like it would fall apart, so I couldn't wait to get started.  The size is 12" x 10" and it has a really tight weave in the mesh so that little chunks don't get through.  Unlike orange juice, most people don't like pulp in their milk.

I know back in the old days they used cheesecloth a lot for this same kind of thing, but they also came with problems like sticking and molding even after cleaning.  The nut milk bag did not have that problem, it was very easy to clean and I didn't notice any yucky remnants of the almonds.  Now when you buy almond milk in the store you are not getting JUST almond milk - you always have the extra ingredients.  With this you can easily squeeze just enough milk for what you are making so it doesn't go to waste.  The recipe book gives some GREAT recipes for juices, yogurts and even coffees!  You get the free ebook so you can make some new favorites :)  All in all I am very happy with this and because I have just started to change my diet and I think this nut milk bag is going to be very wonderful in working that out!  Pick one up today!
