Everyone has heard about how good fish oil is for you - unless you are allergic to fish - then don't take this ... but this mixture of ingredients is perfect for supplementing your diet to help control your mood, reduce inflammation and help your heart.  This product is mercury free and contains 1500 of Omega 3.  It can also help with a lot of skin problems and has actually been shown to help with brain function in patients with dementia and Alzheimers!  So if you are looking for a supplement that will help a LOT of areas, this would be the one to go with.  An amazing product that doesn't just contain fish oil, it has a lot of other great ingredients to help you.

Contrary to what some people might think - this did NOT have a bad aftertaste in my mouth, no fishy taste.  I took it for about a week and I actually did notice a slight reduction in my blood pressure and it did help my anxiety a bit.  I have such terrible anxiety that I get the physical manifestations such as upset stomach, heart racing and other great stuff!  This actually did relieve that, I noticed a change in my attitude during the day and I was not getting the heart racing at night as usual.  I would love to hear how others found it to be with the brain function and inflammation because this could be great for people with Fibromyalgia too!  True Sol is a great company, I have reviewed quite a few of their products and have not been unsatisfied yet.  I would recommend them to anyone as a great producer of dietary supplements!  So head on over to Amazon and grab a bottle and give it a try - can't hurt!
