***My Personal Review***

Pure vegetarian ingredients and no fillers?  Who could ask for more in this world of hormones and additives?  Studies have shown in the past few years that a lot of fruits we eat have a lot of healthy effects that we were unaware of.  This includes blueberries and raspberries.  I myself had never heard of Raspberry Ketones before.  I was familiar with Ketones due to having borderline diabetes, so I thought this would definitely be something that would be beneficial to my health.  And I need to lose weight so that is another thing that interested me.  It's been about 2 weeks now and I have lost about 1 pound and I have actually found that my appetite has been reduced, especially at night time.  I work online from home and am a night owl so eating late is a BIG problem with me.  And the added benefit of helping with glucose levels is great for me - I have a tendency to get low blood sugar so these were a great help with that!

The pills are dark red and look just like the color of raspberries so you can't mix them up with other pills :)  That is great for me because I am on so many meds!  Plus it is imbibed with vitamins and minerals that you need because it is from fruit.  I am not a fan of eating plain raspberries, not thrilled by the flavor of them.  So for those who don't like the flavor of the fruit, this is a great way to get all the benefits without having to eat it.
