I have been taking these for about a week and a half now and I am finding that they are working - I have only lost 1 pound so far but I haven't had much time to exercise - but for me losing even that 1 pound is a huge deal :)  This is definitely a lot cheaper than other weight loss supplements too.  They don't leave that nasty aftertaste in your mouth, are easy caplets to take and if you can't take pills you can pull them apart and pour the product in your drink.  Plus they are VEGETARIAN.
