***My Personal Review***

Anyone who has had an ill child will know the struggle of getting a correct temperature and making sure your kiddo is okay.  My almost 9 year old daughter has Williams syndrome, and she has extreme sensory issues with her head and when she is sick she HATES to be touched at all.  So getting a temperature reading on her has been very difficult thing since she was born.  Nothing worked, she kept moving around and she would squirm more because she didn't like what was happening.  So having a thermometer that can read her temperature without touching her at all is HUGE for me.  She actually enjoys letting me take her temperature now because I can just put it close to her forehead and click Scan.  It gives a good temp reading every time and I can do it whenever.

The best part is that you can take a temperature while your kiddo is sleeping.  No parent wants to wake their kid up in the middle of the night but when they are sick you need to know if they need more medicine or not.  This allows you to check before waking them up and if they are fine then let them sleep :)  I give this product 10 thumbs up because anything that makes my life as a special needs parent better is A+ in my book!  And my daughter has taken to this so well that she grabs it when I lay down or don't feel well and will take MY temperature.  And because it will show you if you are in the dangerous range she will say "you are good mommy" if it is okay.  Definitely worth checking into and for $44.95 this is great because I have seen regular thermometers sell for close to that in the stores.
