The Smart Weigh scales are some of the best I have ever seen on the market today. They do a much better job and are much more versatile, lightweight and better than those you can buy at the department stores. They have more functions - this model is the SMS500 and it will do several things for you including allowing you to take your beginning weight and then will save that and subsequent weighs will give you either a green or a red light meaning you have either gained or lost. So it will be very easy to see as soon as you step on the scale if you have lost and make you feel great before you even see the weight! As with all their scales, this one is made with tempered glass on top and the backlit LCD is perfect for reading in low or high light rooms. This will fit perfectly onto a shelf in your bathroom as it is very thin and sleek. Definitely a must have for anyone working on their weight and it is very accurate. Plus it holds 440 pounds total which is quite a bit more than most scales can boast. Give it a try and see if you like it! I promise it will work better than the old heavy scale you use now :)
