***My Personal Review***
I am the first one to admit that I have no clue how to do Pilates. So when this promotion came up I thought I would try it because I need to start working out and I have heard that Pilates is great for anyone and because I am also a cheerleader I do dance - not professionally though. This would be a great workout for anyone to do that wants to lose some weight or tone their body up. It's not easy and takes a lot of work to get it right (I felt like a cow in a china shop when I started LOL) but it is fun and I have noticed the burn! The DVD contains over 20 routines that I found to be fairly easy to follow even though I have NO experience with Pilates at all. You have to remember to do the warm-ups they have on the DVD as well, because you will need them to stretch and prepare yourself for the workout :)
They show you the moves from a lot of different angles so you really do get the total experience with this. Anyone can do these moves, but the DVD is geared towards beginners. I can't wait to get these down and try some more complicated ones! I really found this to be a relaxing workout and I have severe anxiety so that is something I don't get a lot of. I like that I can do these after my daughter goes to bed and my work is done as I work from home, and it really does help me relax and destress after the day is done :) At only $14.95 it's a great deal! This would make a great stocking stuffer for the people in your life who love to dance or even just the ones who need to relax.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
