I have never heard of Caralluma before this review.  I honestly had NO CLUE.  And it is for weight loss.  Now we have all been hearing about Garcinia and how wonderful it is for weight loss, but this is something no one has been talking about.   Apparently Caralluma fimbriata contains pregnane glycosides, a phytochemical that blocks the enzyme citrate lyase. When this enzyme's activity is stopped, your body cannot produce fat. So, Caralluma Fimbriata blocks the enzymes responsible for breaking down and producing fatty acids in the body.  I admit I don't know what all those enzymes are about, but I do know that this is worth a shot to see if it works.  You only need to take 2 capsules twice a day as a dietary supplement - so you can take it with your regular meds and see if it works.  As with any supplement, make sure you speak with a physician before starting anything new.
