“It’s fun, zany, big and colorful – just like a kid’s book should be. Even the cover itself is inviting. with its deep red background and a wide-eyed, paint-spattered Baxter staring at the reader who must wonder about the story behind the scene. The cover is impressive in its artwork, design, hint of a sparkle accent, and the unusual smooth, non-paper feel.  Bottom line – “Isabella babysits Baxter” represents Fun with a capital F. ” ~ 5 Star Review, Spudman, Amazon, Top 100 Reviewer

***My Personal Review***

This is a delightful childrens book!  I loved reading it, about a girl named Isabella and her dog Baxter who is always making messes.  But when Isabella gets to babysit for Baxter and keep him out of trouble, they tend to make a lot of messes.  They have so much fun, and through the awesome illustrations your child can read the story through them :)  My daughter is 8 and loved this book, she tried to read from the pictures and did a great job!  It's a short read, only about 28 pages total and not a lot of words, so your child will be able to sit for the whole book.  Melissa Perry Moraja has written a lot of childrens books including another one I reviewed titled Josh and the Gum Shoe News Crew :)  She has won a Mom's Choice Award, and I can't wait to read more of her childrens stories!  It also teaches the value of cleaning up after yourself and learning how to take responsibility for your actions.
