I don't know about you, but I HATE when my gastro system is not working well which is pretty much always if you have severe anxiety like me.  I don't eat a lot of healthy food either, so all of that attributes to problems.  Colon Cleanse is a healthy way to help cleanse your body of all the bad stuff, help you lose weight, and eliminate toxins from your body naturally.  It is basically a detox for your entire body, but especially your colon.  This also helps to digest some of that food that doesn't do well inside your system.  

This cleanse product is natural and has herbs, fiber and nutrients which are all good for your body - but it is does not have dairy, eggs, fish, nuts or wheat in it - so that it is safe for people with severe allergies.  I have been taking it for a few weeks now and although it does take a while to get your body back on track I have noticed that my digestive system seems to be feeling better.  I recommend anyone to try this - I had tried the yogurt Activia and other items and none of them worked as well as this has so far.  Give it a test, see what it can do for you :)  It has 60 tablets in a bottle, which should last you a month if you take the recommended 2 tablets a day - but they do advise to start with one and make sure you can tolerate it before taking two a day.  For $17.97 it is definitely a great buy.
