***My Personal Review***
This is a great rolling pin for making pastry - it has edges that taper off meaning that it won't leave your crusts messy on the edges. It has an image of the Eiffel Tower on the end and is just like what the French pastry chefs use :) It's heavy but no heavier than a regular rolling pin but it's very easy to roll using your palms and is non-stick so it won't need floured as much. It is 18 inches long so plenty long enough for large pastries or small pastries. Definitely something you want to have in your kitchen, a great European design!
