This is awesome! I am loving it SO much I can't even express how much! It has heat you can turn on or leave off, and it rotates at just the right speed to really give you a nice deep massage without hurting you. You just sit your neck in between the 2 rotators and turn it on with or without heat and it just has 1 speed for both. It actually feels JUST like you are getting a deep tissue massage. I also use it for my lower back on my chair at home and it feels so good. It's a nice soft pillow and you can really feel the heat once it gets going. Definitely would make a great gift for someone who needs relief from pain, they can sit at home in privacy and get their massage. I have been lucky enough to try many of Ohuhu's products and this is the best one yet! But I highly recommend their products as I have not been disappointed at all in any of them :)
