Taking coconut oil supplements have been great for me. I started about 3 weeks ago and I have noticed a significant change in a lot of things including my hair being softer and more managable; my nails used to be brittle and break off easily - that has stopped; and my blood pressure as well as blood sugar have been evened out! I am sure that isn't all but I have really felt better since starting this - I am hoping it will help with my sinus problems too if I stay on it. I started with just taking 1 pill a day but I am really considering going to 2 a day the recommended dosage because it is working. I highly recommend trying these if you want to feel better. Do some research and look up coconut oil on Google, it is good for SO many things. You can't beat it! And for just $19.95 you get 60 capsules so a 1 or 2 month supply depending on your dosage :)
