I love Probiotics!  This is a great product, has everything you need to get healthy and stay that way.  The past few years there has been a great deal of media surrounding probiotics as a very good way to help pretty much anything you can think of.  What a lot of people don't realize is that the probiotics contain some of the same things you can get eating yogurt.  So they don't realize that they can take these pills and get even better results.  Another plus is that probiotics support gastrointestinal health, so if you have constipation it will help that - have IBS?  It will actually help that as well.  It all comes down to working WITH your body to maintain a healthy balance.  These worked great for me because I am prone to yeast infections when I take antibiotics which is a lot because of my sinus infections.  Antibiotics do a great job of getting rid of the BAD bacteria, but what you probably don't realize is that they also kill the GOOD bacteria.  Taking probiotics will replace those good bacterium and help you get better faster.

So if you want to have a very healthy tummy and body, just give these probiotics a try and see - I promise you WILL see a difference!  They have helped me tremendously with quite a few things :)
