***My Personal Review***

This is a great knee support for even those with really bad injuries - but it is especially wonderful for those with light injuries or pain - it really does a great job with support and you can get it in 4 different sizes, the small 11.5"-13"; medium 12"-14"; large 14"-16"; and the one I received, an x-Large 16"-20".  I have had pretty bad knees since I was a kid, they tend to pop a lot - I have never used anything for them because they really didn't hurt, but just couldn't run or they would tend to give out easily.  So I decided to try this and run a little bit and honestly it felt good!  I didn't hear a popping sound, and I was able to stride much easier :)  This is a VERY durable knee support, it is stretchy but not TOO stretchy - as long as you get your measurements correct it will fit nice and snug.  It is really easy to pull on, and it has the special patch in the middle that will fit right over your knee area.  I couldn't figure out how it would be self-warming, so I put it on and just sat for a few minutes to see.  About a minute after sliding it on, my leg started to feel warm!  It was really cool and apparently it is because they are made with bamboo charcoal which works with your natural body heat to activate and heat up :)  So you never have to worry about finding a place to heat it - you can throw it in your purse or bag and put it on whenever you need it and know that it will heat up.  Check out their website because they also sell lots of other supports for hands, wrists, ankles, etc. and I am sure you can find whatever you need.  I am wearing mine right now :)  I can't even tell I have it on except for the nice warm feeling.

  1. I can totally relate with the poping knee. This is a new thing that has been happening to my knees. I am a waitress and I am on my feet all day which probably isn't helping my knees. I am going to have to try something like this.
