***My Personal Review***
I have a serious problem with stress and anxiety - so when this promotion came up I definitely wanted to try it! I love listening to music that relaxes me and most of the time it's a must. This is the kind of music you would hear in a spa or massage parlor, very beautiful melodies and you can really lose yourself in the music. Jeff Gold has a lot of other products, after listening to this one I really want to try more! He even has a kids relaxation CD that I am thinking of getting for my daughter because she suffers from anxiety as well. You can purchase at Amazon, iTunes or CDBaby as an instant download and with this product you get a full 60 minutes of music, so if you listen to it while you are trying to go to sleep it is just enough :) I don't do a lot of exercise, but this would be perfect for Yoga or Meditation too.
