Forskolin is not a well-known supplement right now. But to find out that Forskolin could be good for your overall health but
more specifically is a great product for helping reduce cramping! For
me that is a godsend because I have terrible cramps without any reason
for them. I took this a few weeks in between my menstrual cycle because
normally the cramps start a day before I begin. And they are bad
enough that I honestly don't even want to get out of bed. But my
menstrual cycle that followed starting this supplement was actually
bearable! It was such a good feeling that I didn't want to crawl up in a
corner :) You get 60 caps in a bottle, no fillers or binders.
This can also help prevent urinary tract infections AND it can help
regulate your blood pressure. That is something else I noticed, because
just in the past year or so my blood pressure has been high, and I
think it is mostly due to my severe anxiety. Prescription meds work but
I would MUCH rather take dietary supplements that are all natural than
chemicals.
After taking this I did feel much
better though and it is also Dr Oz approved. To me that makes it even
better because I trust Dr Oz and his recommendations. He has called
Forskolin "Lightning in a Bottle". I truly believe that now because it
works quickly and it has no side effects that I felt, I just took the
pill with my other meds and went about my business. Never even noticed
any kind of effects at all from it :) And for those of you who suffer
from Crohns or any other kind of inflammatory disease this has been
proven to help reduce inflammation too. So give it a try and see if it
works as well for you as it does for me :)
