I must be honest that before getting into doing product reviews I did not know anything about Garcinic Cambogia extract.  I decided to try it because it is supposed to help stress, anxiety, weight, basically an all-around healthy pill.  So far I am noticing a slight change.  Now I have only been taking it for a little over a week and I am just starting to notice some effects.  I love the fact that it has no stimulants, because I have pretty severe anxiety problems, depression as well as problems sleeping.  So I don't need more stimulants in my body.  It is also allergen-free.  I certainly don't need what they call "jitters".  I have had those before with energy drinks and pills and I do NOT want that feeling again.  If I can get the same benefits without the downside that is the way I will go!

I believe that this product would be considered gluten-free as well so pretty much anyone would be able to take it as it is all-natural. This Garcinia is 75% HCA which is a pretty high amount, so you are getting a REALLY good product.  Give it a shot and see what kind of miracles it can work for you :)
