***My Personal Review***
So I already reviewed one of the oval proofing baskets a week or so ago and I like them a lot. They are made of 100% pure rattan and each basket comes with a liner so you can use the basket for other purposes as well. The liner also doubles as the bread cover for proofing. This basket was round and does 1-2 lb loaves. This one is great if you want to do a nice round bread instead of in a loaf pan. Overall I like the basket set but one thing to note is you have to clean it very quickly so the dough doesn't set into the rattan. It does come with a bread scraper for getting into the smaller areas of the basket.
