***My Personal Review***

Phytoceramides seem to be the "breakthrough" in anti-aging.  After all, Dr Oz called phytoceramides the natural facelift. He illustrated how phytoceramides work from the inside out, hydrating skin and binding it together making it thicker.  I don't know about you, but when Dr Oz likes something and says it works, I usually listen!  So I wanted to try these, and I must say I have not been disappointed at all.  True Sol Phytoceramides will help your skin, nails, hair and also early signs of aging.

I have terrible nails - they are thin and brittle and I even tried a hair, skin and nails supplement and it did NOTHING for me.  I want so badly to grow my nails out but I just can't - every time they get a little long they will break :(  But this is actually helping make a difference - I haven't had a nail break in weeks now!  I would imagine with continued usage that would get so much better.  Plus they contain Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Vitamin E which help not just your skin, but your overall health.  The bottle contains 30 vegetarian capsules with 350 mg in each capsule, giving you a 30-day supply.  For the benefits it brings the price is not too high, especially if it works as well with others as it did for me :)  Although I don't have lines and wrinkles, I found it works for a lot of other ailments, so you can try it and see what it will do for you!
