***My Personal Review***
These are perfect for Halloween decorating! My daughter and I just put ours up last night and she had so much fun. We live in an apartment with a partition in front and they were the perfect length to cover our side of the partition. Very happy with them - they had a little bit of a charge out of the package and so they started blinking right away and it really looked great with the gel bubbles on the bottom and the blinkers on top. These are perfect for any occasion or event or even just to string outside. Really like them and they worked great after charging all day - very bright now!
