True Sol is one amazing company that sells tons of dietary supplements! I have been lucky enough to get to test out several of them so far including Garcinia Cambogia, Omega 3 Fish Oil and a few others :) I have not been let down yet including the Raspberry Ketones. They are a great product for a lot of different ailments and all around health. This particular brand of raspberry ketones contains African Mango, Acai Berry and Green Tea Extract, all of which are well known weight loss products so you are getting a LOT of good dietary needs in this one pill.
It works great when it comes to getting rid of my hunger issues because I am a stress eater and have terrible anxiety. I did notice a difference in my appetite once I started taking these, it definitely helped. I did not experience any side effects from this either, no jitters or heart racing like I had experienced with OTC weight loss meds. It doesn't have an aftertaste and they are easy to take capsules! It works to improve your mood and it really made me feel a lot better in just a few days! Give it a try and see how it works for you!
