This is a great scale for pretty much any purpose whether it be in the kitchen or shipping, whatever you want. The bowl makes it very easy to weigh liquids or things that are difficult to keep on the scale - the bowl also has a pourable edge so you can easily transfer the liquids. The bowl fits very nicely on the scale and is easy to use. But it's even better that the bowl detaches so that if you want to use just the scale you can do that as well :) It is an all-around multi-purpose scale and is great for people on special diets to make sure they get the proper amount of ingredients. It is extremely accurate and is easy to use, just 2 buttons on the front and a nice backlit readout. It's not a bulky scale, lightweight and easy to store. I am really enjoying it and recommend it for anyone who wants a good solid scale that is multi-purpose.
