***My Personal Review***

I honestly didn't know that Vitamin D was so important for so many areas of the body.   It can help with cancer and inflammation like Crohn's Disease as well as a lot of other problems.  And I didn't know that it can help you prevent the common cold and flu as well as sinus infections, which is something that I suffer greatly from.  I have chronic sinusitis and not ONE of my doctors has ever mentioned that Vitamin D might be helpful - I live with what feels like a constant migraine behind my eyes and at least every 2 months need to go on an antibiotic.  I am hoping that this works to keep them at bay, so far so good :)

Anthony Norman, MD, in a recent article in Endocrine Today, stated “it is now widely appreciated by vitamin D scientists that 50% of people in North America and Western Europe are vitamin D insufficient. Given that two-thirds of the people are vitamin D-insufficient or deficient. It is clear that merely eating vitamin D-rich foods is not adequate to solve the problem for most adults.”  These softgels contain other ingredients including soybean oil, gelatin, veggie glycerin and veggie oil.  And you get 120 softgels for $14.99, I can guess that most meds that do the same things and have the same benefits cost WAY more than that even with copays.  So give them a try - it is cold and flu season, see if they can help reduce infections for you and with other chronic conditions.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
