Well with this nifty massage roller stick you can do it yourself or have someone do it for you easily in the privacy of your own home AND be sure that every one of your spots will be taken care of. The outer handles are made of heavy rubber and there are 7 rollers in the middle that will hit every spot! This also has a steel interior which makes it very reliable and durable, so you don't have to worry about it breaking on you. This feels so good and really helps with circulation in your body so if you have any kind of edema this would help you! The handles are large enough for anyone with large hands to grab easily and yet not too thick so people with smaller hands can use it too. This is the perfect gift for anyone who has stress or loves to get massages :)
