***My Personal Review***

For this review I received 1 box of Everlast Lean shake mixes - there are 7 packets per box so it is a 7 day supply.  I need to lose weight but unfortunately I don't have the income to pay for expensive diets or gyms.  So I decided to try out some of the shakes and exercise at home to see if that helps.  I normally find that diet shakes are not the greatest, but these are so easy and they actually taste like a regular milkshake which helps a LOT because it's like having dessert for breakfast!  If you own a smoothie maker or one of those bullet machines it makes it even easier for you.  They also sell other items that will supplement the drinks.  I have found that the shakes actually DO help stop my appetite from being so bad and I work from home so I am sitting all day which makes it very difficult for me to stop eating.  But I don't like the OTC or prescription medications because they contain caffeine or other products and can make you jittery and can harm you in the end.  It's not worth it, so I wanted to try something that was healthier for me.  The shakes contain 15 vitamins and minerals like A, C, D, E, K, Iron, Calcium and B6 as well as many more - so it's like you are getting that multi-vitamin as well as the appetite suppressant.  Check out their website and see if these can work for you and make sure to check with your doctor before taking supplements :)

Medical Alert bracelets are amazing for people who have life-threatening illnesses - if someone you love passes out or is unconscious for some reason these could literally save their life.  I have seen shows on tv where they bring people in from accidents and they are ready to do a procedure and then BAM they see a bracelet and it changes everything.  Whether it be an allergy or to inform people of a condition someone has - like my daughter has Williams syndrome and even though she looks like any other 8 year old, she can't tell you her full name, can only get parts of her address out and could not write her name or anything else for people.  So if she were to be in a situation where I was unconscious having one of these bracelets could tell people her name and that she is developmentally delayed.

Same for autistic children - it could tell people what alarms them and help them avoid a total meltdown.  You definitely need to check these out if you have ANYTHING that these could be used for because you can buy ready-made bracelets or tags as well as customize your own!  Whatever you want or need they can do it :)  They even have them for pregnant women!  Plus they are water resistant and comfortable to wear because they are just like the silicone awareness bracelets people wear all the time.  They also have a lot of other great items so check them all out!

I LOVE this!  I am a cheerleader for our local Derby Girl team and we love to hand out cowbells and people bring their own just to cheer our girls on :)  So even though mine is white I am going to paint it red to match our colors, throw some glitter on it and put some FWDG stickers on it to personalize it!  These are just so cool and they come in all colors - they are very big cowbells and trust me they will make plenty of noise so you can root for your favorite team.  9.6 inches to be exact!  Very large comfortable handle so you can hold on to it easily and shake it shake it.  They even sell "cowbelts" so you can holster your big ole' bell to use whenever you want!  So go and grab up one or more of your favorite teams colors and make them ring :)  They even sell cheesy bells that say "Ring for a Kiss" that can be used at weddings or parties - customize and personalize your very own!

This is an awesome headset that is stylish and comfortable for anyone.  It comes with a full customization pack that you can use to make them your very own in every way.  The lime green color is bright and neon so these can be spotted easily if you lose them and they work great for listening to your music while exercising without falling out like some do.  Plus they have Bluetooth built in so that you can use them with your phone or other Bluetooth device and be able to hear from 30 feet away!  These also repel sweat and other fluids so they won't cut out on you - meaning you can jog, do yoga, or even just be running around in your office and use these.  They will work for any size ears and they are connected so that they will wrap around your neck and hold them if you need to pull them out for a few minutes.  The best part????  NO WIRES.  Yep!  No wires that you have to hook up to your device - all you need is the bluetooth so those pesky headphone wires are a thing of the past.  Totally amazing set and it is definitely worth looking into :)

I LOVE the color of this case :)  It is awesome and bright and just makes me happy when I see it!  Not only that but it is rugged and it has the great kickstand that you can use to hold up your phone.  This comes in 3 colors - black, yellow and red.  The yellow is just around the outside of the case as is the red.  These have a really neat diamond like pattern on the case and you can tell by looking at them that they are well made and sturdy.  They have all the necessary cutouts for your ports and jacks and the camera.  You can't go wrong with this case - it is not heavy or bulky like some of the sturdy cases you see and still gives you that slim look but with all the same protection.  I highly recommend adding a screen protector to your phone and you will have amazing security and protection!
